You can also choose from our wide range of fitness classes and programs that are offered throughout the week.



3. What should I wear to the gym?

The most important thing is to wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely and breathe easily.

You should also avoid wearing anything that could get caught in the equipment or cause discomfort, such as zippers, buttons, or belts.

Additionally, you should wear appropriate shoes that provide support and stability for your feet.

At Turn Fit, we have a locker room where you can store your belongings and change into your workout clothes.

We also have a water fountain and vending machines where you can hydrate and refuel before or after your workout.




4. Should I eat before going to the gym?


It's generally recommended to eat a small meal or snack before exercising to provide the body with energy.
Aim to eat at least 30 minutes to an hour before your workout, and choose foods that are easy to digest and provide a mix of carbohydrates and protein.
This is general information, and at our gym, we have sports nutritionists who can provide personalized advice and guidance on nutrition and meal planning to help you achieve your fitness goals.

5. What should I do if I’m new to the gym?

If you are new to the gym, we recommend that you book an orientation session with one of our staff members who can show you around the gym and introduce you to the equipment.

They can also help you set up your fitness profile and suggest some exercises that suit your fitness level and goals.

At Turn Fit, we have a friendly and welcoming atmosphere where everyone is encouraged to achieve their fitness potential.

We also have a team of fitness experts who can provide ongoing support and guidance on how to use the equipment properly, how to select the right exercises, and how to progress safely and effectively.

6. How can I avoid injuries at the gym?

One of the best ways to avoid injuries at the gym is to follow proper form and technique when performing any exercise.

You should also start with light weights or low intensity and gradually increase them as your fitness level improves.

Moreover, you should warm up before your workout and cool down afterward to prepare your body for exercise and prevent muscle soreness.

At Turn Fit, we have a team of fitness experts who can monitor your form and technique and correct any mistakes.

They can also teach you how to warm up and cool down properly and how to stretch your muscles after your workout.

7. Gym timings?

​

Our gym is open from Monday to Saturday from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm, and on Sundays from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm.

You can visit our gym anytime during these hours with your membership card.

8.Do you have refund policy?

​

We do not offer refunds for our memberships.

However, if you are unable to continue with your membership for any reason,

you may transfer it to a non-member who meets our eligibility criteria. For more information on how to transfer your membership,

please contact our front desk staff who will be happy to assist you.
